"They" say we are what we eat, but wouldn't it also make sense that we are what we breathe. I'm sure that a breathwork journey out in nature would have a different effect than that same journey taken at a busy intersection. Studies have shown that our indoor air quality is sometimes worse than what we experience outside, yet most people do their breathwork inside.
I'm awaiting the arrival of a negative ion generator, which should give me nature quality, mountain top air in the space where I do most of my breathwork and journeys.
I'll keep you posted.
