Self-awareness is the ability to step back to observe your thoughts, emotions, and actions as if you were an outside viewer
We focus on two layers:
  1. Internal: Knowing what actually matters to you (values), identifying what moves you (triggers), and realizing that you are not the "narrator" in your head, you are the one listening
  2. External: Understanding your impact. How your energy and actions align with who you want to be
Why It Matters
  • Better Choices: Stop reacting on "autopilot" and start making intentional decisions
  • Stronger Relationships: Communicate your internal state rather than reacting to it
  • Real Growth: You cannot fix a habit you haven't noticed yet. Awareness is the first step to change
How We Do It
The breath is our physiological backdoor. It relaxes the body instantly, softening resistance to allow for deep reprogramming. We then move to direct inquiry, using questions designed to be experienced rather than answered intellectually. We end with a closing circle and integration period
