Sessions integrate meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork to help regulate the body while gently processing thoughts and emotions. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we support radical acceptance, thought diffusion, and the development of practical coping strategies. Grounded in positive psychology, Breathing Space helps individuals shift perspective, build on strengths, and reconnect with what matters most.
