I’ve lived recovery, chronic illness, burnout, and fatigue myself, and I know how draining it feels when rest doesn’t restore you. Breathwork and meditation helped me rebuild resilience, energy, and focus. With 14+ years in abstinent recovery and dedicated breathwork practice, I now share science-backed tools that recalibrate the nervous system.
