Hello and welcome to Breathe Into Abundance. My name is Anna. I created this space for people who want to reconnect with their breath, calm their nervous system and build a life with more inner peace, strength and abundance. For over 15 years I have been working with people as a teacher, breath therapist and wellbeing practitioner. I am also a certified instructor of the Wim Hof Method, which opened a new perspective for me on how powerful the breath really is. Breath is one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have. It can calm the mind, strengthen the body and help us reconnect with ourselves.
