One that is connected to source/The Most High in the present moment.
For the One that has a deep relationship with Goodness and The Most High, has less of a need to fast or "cleansing" practices in the times of pure connection, and that is aligned with consistent motion.
Though this is true, the ones that are in need of a cleansing, and bathing in the waters of wisdom and powers of the spirit, those ones will need to come into spiritual practices of fasting to have the direct flow from the One that is within,
