For the One that has a deep relationship with Goodness and The Most High, has less of a need to fast or "cleansing" practices in the times of pure connection, and that is aligned with consistent motion. Though this is true, the ones that are in need of a cleansing, and bathing in the waters of wisdom and powers of the spirit, those ones will need to come into spiritual practices of fasting to have the direct flow from the One that is within,

Humbleness and humility is how you allow more life to flow through you and how more life is experienced by you, through the understanding, that being humble is making you small in the face of something, so you making yourself smaller in the face of life (when you feel that emptiness of some sorts of you don't know what to say or what to do), LIFE ITSELF will give you something to say and give you something to do, in the nurturing motherly way in patience and kindness towards yourself, than the Father giving you the direction or vision of what to do next.

When you are rising in consciousness, you will begin to express yourself more uprightly, and with less resistance to the outside world due to the higher amount of energy that is being expressed through you. The lower expression of ones that live their life will require much less energy to express themselves, while the higher expression of the ones that live their life will require more energy to bring fourth higher expression. You need all of you to pour through you. Rising in consciousness, you will begin to desire less of the physical world. Understanding and identifying with your spiritual self, will eventually, lead one into living from and by spiritual food. This spiritual food is knowing, rest, movement, creating, and expression/communication. (ALL of the spiritual food is related to evolution, which is a quality of the soul and a fruit of the spirit.) The less the physical world will be of use to you in terms of fulfillment, as well as being a way to express yourself and experience, rather than looking towards the outer physical world for satisfaction and survival.
