Sorry for the late check in y’all. I’ve been super busy this week.!! I hope y’all’s day was great !💚 🌕 What took the most out of you today? Was it a person, a task, or just the mental load of keeping everything moving? 🌕 Was there a moment today where you actually felt like yourself, or were you on autopilot from start to finish? 🌕 What is one thing you can do right now to shut your brain off so you aren't carrying today's stress into tomorrow? Tip: By-When" Statements: Stop saying "I'll do it later." Start saying "I will have this done by 2:00 PM. "Later" is a glitch in the ADHD brain—it's a fake place that doesn't exist on the map, so the task just wanders around your head forever. By attaching a hard time like 2:00 PM, you’re giving that thought an anchor in the physical world, which forces your nervous system to actually acknowledge the deadline instead of just ignoring it.
