Guys, I just cut 3 hours from my work schedule whilst making the same amount of money
Basically, I was cut 3 hours a week from my week by cancelling a 2 different group class. How ?
I merged two different groups whilst keeping the price the same. The group classes still fell below the maximum 5 students which is good.
The other 2 hours I promoted as free but unfortunately the take up wasn’t as I expected so I decided to stop doing 2 hours and start doing 1.
Moved a few students around and that’s it.
