Open the Classroom tab up top and you will find three 10-day resets, one for each of the Three Pressures:
The Lifestyle Reset, for blood pressure
The Stress Reset, for cortisol and that wired but tired feeling
The Sugar Reset, for blood sugar
How to choose? Start with the pressure that bothers you most right now. You do not do all three at once. Pick one. Finish it. Then move to the next.
How each reset works:
One short lesson a day for 10 days.
One simple action each day. Small steps, not a giant overhaul.
Guides you can download and keep.
My one ask: do not just read it. DO it. The magic is not in knowing. It is in doing one small thing a day for 10 days. That is how a habit is born, and habits are what change your numbers.
