Welcome in, and I am so glad you came early. Everything in here is loaded and ready: your courses, your book library, and your first 10-day Reset. It is all primed and waiting for one thing. We open the doors together, as a group, on our first live call this Wednesday night June 10th 2026 @ 7PM EST. Why we wait: this is group coaching, not a course you click through alone. We start Cohort 1 together so we move together, cheer each other on, and so I can coach the whole room at once. That is what makes this work. So for now the courses and books say Launching Soon. That is on purpose. Hold tight. They unlock when we kick off Wednesday. Here is exactly what to do this week while you wait: One. Take the quiz at BPquiz.com. It tells you which of your Three Pressures is your biggest corner: blood pressure, cortisol and stress, or blood sugar. That is where you will start Wednesday. Two. Open the Introduce Yourself post and tell us your first name, the corner your quiz gave you, and one thing you want to feel again. Then welcome the person who posted above you. Three. Save Wednesday night for our first live call. Bring your quiz result and your number one question. That is it. Three small steps. No rush. This is a safe, kind place to get healthier. A few simple rules keep it that way. Be kind. We are all at different stages. No judgment, ever. Cheer each other on. AND, not instead of. Everything we share supports your medical care, it does not replace it. Always talk to your own doctor before changing anything. Never stop a prescription on your own. Share wins and struggles. Both help. Your small win might be the exact thing someone else needs to see today. Ask questions. There are no dumb ones. If you are wondering it, someone else is too. No spam or selling. This is not the place to promote other products or links. Those posts will be removed. Protect privacy. What is shared here stays here. Be thoughtful with personal medical details. Keep it hopeful. Hey, and welcome. I'm Joel, a registered nurse, and I built this community for the other 23 hours a day your doctor never sees. Here's what I learned at the bedside: your 15 minute appointment is not where your health is won or lost. It's won or lost in your kitchen, your sleep, your stress, and your daily habits. That's the part nobody walks you through. So we will. Everything here is built around the Three Pressures, the three things that quietly run your energy and your long term health: Blood pressure. Open the Classroom tab up top and you will find three 10-day resets, one for each of the Three Pressures: The Lifestyle Reset, for blood pressure The Stress Reset, for cortisol and that wired but tired feeling The Sugar Reset, for blood sugar How to choose? Start with the pressure that bothers you most right now. You do not do all three at once. Pick one. Finish it. Then move to the next. How each reset works: One short lesson a day for 10 days. One simple action each day. Small steps, not a giant overhaul. Guides you can download and keep. My one ask: do not just read it. DO it. The magic is not in knowing. It is in doing one small thing a day for 10 days. That is how a habit is born, and habits are what change your numbers. Not sure where to start?
