The Confidence Club With BB is happening in 3 days
Celebration Tuesday (a day late… but still celebrating)
What a week. I attended two incredible events that felt like real milestones for my social footprint and brand — while also navigating real life behind the scenes. Our power plant has been down since last night, which definitely makes you appreciate electricity a lot more. We also finalized the move (still unpacking), I’m preparing for rehearsals for the Messiah production, hosting an upcoming in-person event, and I may even be entering my first pageant. But my biggest win this week wasn’t just the events. It was speaking up and setting boundaries. I said, “I’m stretched right now, I can’t do the call.” And reminded myself: other people’s urgency is not my urgency. I also handled the finalisation of my previous place completely on my own — no need for Mark to step in. I stepped into my queen negotiator version and handled it with confidence. I was also asked to attend a pro bono event by someone very special, one of the few reasons I would consider saying yes. But I spoke openly about why a meaningful barter matters, because showing up takes preparation, time, energy, and presence. Which all cost money. The biggest shift? No guilt. Just empowerment. Sometimes growth looks like quietly stepping into the version of yourself who truly knows her worth. What was your win this week? Always Shine ✨ BB
Moving has reminded me of something important.
Every time we enter a new season or new space, there are three things that happen: We sort. We release. We bring in something new. Packing up my desk this week made me realise how many things we hold onto out of habit — notebooks we no longer use, ideas we’ve outgrown, even versions of ourselves that no longer fit. And sometimes growth simply asks us to let go first. So today I want to give you a small exercise: Look around the space you’re sitting in. Ask yourself: • What can I remove that no longer serves me? • What can I let go of that feels outdated or heavy? • What is one small thing I can bring in that represents the next version of me? It could be something simple. A plant. A new notebook. A different chair. A piece of clothing that makes you feel confident. Sometimes a tiny shift in our environment reminds our brain that a new chapter has started. After moving more times than I can count — and especially during my yachting years where movement was constant — I’ve learned this: Every new space is an invitation to become someone new. So today in the Confidence Club we take one action: Remove. Release. Receive. Small shifts create powerful momentum. Always Shine ✨ BB

Week 12 uploaded
Hello Ladies 💛 Week 12 has just been uploaded to the classroom. This one is a little different, but I have a feeling it’s going to resonate with many of you. In this lesson I talk about imposter syndrome, pressure, and the importance of going back to basics — something I personally had to remind myself of this week. I would really love to hear from you. Let me know: • Where you are right now • What you’re struggling with • What you would like more help with This will help me make sure that our next session focuses on what you truly need. And remember — sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from returning to the simple things that already work. I’m proud of you. I’m grateful for each of you in this community. And I’m so excited to see where we all are one year from now. Keep going. 🌟 Always Shine BB
Celebration Tuesday 🎉
This week? • I’m in my modeling T-shirt — officially entering my first modeling pageant. • I’m preparing for an in-person event. • I’m fully booked with powerful 1:1 clients. • I’m moving this week. It’s a full calendar. It’s expansion. It’s momentum. And it’s also a reminder… High-performing women rarely give themselves grace. I caught myself today realizing: I still haven’t properly rested. So while I’m scaling… While I’m setting things in motion… While I’m stepping into bigger rooms… I’m also recommitting to blocking out one full day a week just for me. Because growth without regulation leads to burnout. And success should feel sustainable. This is your reminder: You can celebrate your wins AND protect your peace. What’s your win from the past 7 days? Drop it below 👇✨ Always Shine BB
Celebration Tuesday 🎉
🌿 Wednesday Reset
Midweek check-in, ladies. Today I had to remind myself of something important: You are allowed to slow down. High-performing women often push through exhaustion, skip lunch, and keep adding more to the list. But confidence isn’t built through burnout — it’s built when you trust yourself enough to pause and refocus. Also, the journal in this photo is one I created myself, and today I realised I didn’t give it enough celebration time. Sometimes we move so quickly to the next goal that we forget to honour what we’ve already created. So here’s your reminder today: ✨ Journal ✨ Reflect ✨ Daydream a little Take a few minutes and ask yourself: 1️⃣ What actually needs my attention today? 2️⃣ What can wait until tomorrow? 3️⃣ What do I need right now? If you feel comfortable, share below: What is one dream or idea that’s been on your mind lately? Always Shine ✨ BB
