More Than Just Moving Weight
I’ve spent the last six years working high-volume customer service and security roles here in Durant. One thing I’ve learned is that discipline in the gym translates directly to discipline in life. I'm currently deep in my ISSA specialist courses because I want to understand the logic behind the results. I don't want to just 'work out'; I want to train with purpose.
