Paid ads are they worth it?
Our website will be launching soon and we'll be starting our social media pages shortly. My question is, how do paid ads work? Is it worth hiring a specialist to produce them? or should we produce them ourselves. Should we place them with Google? Fb IG or YouTube. Do they really work, it just seems to me that when I've already purchased a product I get flooded with ads for that particular product, which defeats the objective. Which in my opinion isn't the most effective way to get the most from the ad spend. Any tips or view points will be much

Looking for Dynamics
The work itself is fairly low-key. Previously, we had one team member in this role - an NYC-based U.S. citizen - and we collaborated successfully for over a year. He eventually received a full-time offer from a client he connected with through our projects, so the role has been open for about a month now. Yes, that client is a former client of ours. When he received the full-time offer, we simply couldn’t compete with it - and we didn’t want to stand in the way of a great opportunity. We believe everyone should pursue what’s best for them. All of our clients are paying clients; we don’t work on spec or contingency. A typical project is around $10,000, and after Platform fees and development costs, we net approximately $8,000. We generally close 2~3 projects per month. You would either set up or use your own U****k account under your name, with full control, and handle client calls and communication. I would take care of all the coding and project delivery. We’d split revenue based on our respective contributions - typically, your share would be around 15–20% for providing the Upwork account and managing communication, which comes out to roughly $2,000+ per month for about 3–4 hours of work per week. Everything would be completely transparent on your end. You’d have visibility into every message, proposal, and payment. I’d never need access to your password or banking information. If I help with proposals or profile setup, we’d do everything over screen share so you can see exactly what’s happening in real time. The work isn’t technical and shouldn’t take much of your time. You’d just need to keep a dedicated PC running at home so I can manage the account remotely. If you don’t have an extra computer or prefer not to use your primary machine, I’m happy to help cover the cost of a dedicated PC. I would like to meet and talk with dynamic individuals on a platform focused on dynamic topics. Best, Pedro
