- Work through the 5 modules in order. Each guide is short, simple, and points you directly to the words of Jesus.
- Engage in the Community → After each lesson, share your reflections. Don’t worry about being “right” or “perfect.” This is about being honest with where you are.
- Take One Step at a Time → Each module ends with a reflection. That’s your action step—write it down, post it here, or pray it quietly. Just don’t leave it behind.
