Hello everyone! I’m so happy to be here and grateful to have been welcomed into the Front Row Club. My name is Heidi Richards Mooney, and I’m a long-time entrepreneur, publisher, and marketing strategist who has spent much of my career helping women entrepreneurs become more visible and get found online. Over the years I’ve worn quite a few hats, including running a marketing and PR company, publishing WE Magazine for Women, and founding Women in Ecommerce, a global community dedicated to helping women grow their businesses and support one another. One of the things I love most about communities like this is the shared energy of women who are building something meaningful, businesses, movements, ideas, and sometimes entirely new ways of showing up in the world. I’ve always believed that visibility is more than marketing. It's about confidence, clarity, and connection and about surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us to step into the front row of our own work and voice. Outside of publishing and marketing, I’m also a florist (flowers have been part of my life for decades), an author, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people and ideas. I’m looking forward to learning from all of you and joining the conversation.

I have finished watching the recording of this week's group session and have read over the amazing workbook and made some notes. And I have thanked Jenni from my heart for this training - it dawned on me while watching that THIS is why I am here - I do so many things and had been running out of ideas and on the verge of giving up...but now I realise that after years, months lately of delving into Who I am AND marketing/sales/photo shoots/shadow work/...I am still not getting the Who I am piece in terms of refining and embodying it. I thank Jenni for remembering and for repeating the 'I work for Gaia' statement I made last group session...my Inner Patriarch hates that SO much it is untrue. He holds me back over and over and it is time to step into the service for Gaia. Thank you @Jenni Parker Brown for sharing your wisdom and part of your own story so powerfully.
