💡Come On In… Our First BTAL Get-Together
Welcome to our very first monthly get-together! 🧪 I’m excited to finally get these started because this is one of the spaces where I want us to simply come together, talk, think out loud, and see where the conversation takes us. You don’t need to have a project figured out. You don’t need a perfect question. And you definitely don’t need to show up with something impressive to share. 😂 Bring your ideas, your half-formed thoughts, your “I don’t know what I’m doing with this yet,” and even your “Christine, help me think through this!” moments. No one was able to join me live for our first one, but I decided to hit record anyway. Because really… what better way to start Brainstorm to Action Lab than by doing the thing even when it doesn’t go exactly as planned? 😂 These get-togethers are meant to be CASUAL. 💚No big presentation. 💚No pressure to have everything figured out. 💚No need to come prepared with the perfect question. For our first conversation, I talked about the ideas that keep coming back. 💡 What idea keeps tapping you on the shoulder? Maybe you haven’t started it. Maybe you started and stopped. Maybe you’re not even sure you WANT to do it anymore. That’s okay. We can explore that too. 🎥 Watch the replay and then come back here and tell us: What’s one idea that keeps coming back to you? No commitment required. We’re just thinking together. 💚

🧪 A Quick Founding Member Update
First, I just want to say... thank you for being here. 💚 Brainstorm to Action Lab is very much a work in progress, and that's intentional. Rather than disappearing for weeks and coming back with a "finished" community, I wanted us to build this together from day one, with the people it's actually for. Over the coming days and weeks, we’ll be shaping this space together - adding resources, tools, discussions, and spaces as we figure out what’s most useful for you. The Start Here section is coming soon, official welcomes are coming also soon, and I’ve got lots of ideas... but what gets built first will be guided by you. But before we keep building... I’d love to hear from you. What’s the biggest challenge you’re hoping this community will help you solve? 📊 Vote in the poll below, and if your answer isn’t listed, leave a comment. Your feedback will directly shape what we focus on and build next. Thank you for being founding members and helping build something special from the very beginning. I’m really excited to create this with you. 🩵

💡 Welcome to the Lab, Tiffany! 🧪
We’re so excited to have you here, Tiffany! 💚 One of the best things about BTAL is that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You can show up with an idea, a work in progress, or even just a spark of curiosity—and build from there. Whether you’re shaping a new concept, sorting through the details, exploring different directions, or deciding what comes next, this is a space where your project can grow. Share what you’re creating, bring your questions to the conversation, invite fresh perspectives, and experiment along the way. You never know when a simple discussion might lead to your next “Ooooh…wait a minute!” moment.💡 @Tiffany M Ruffner ,we’re thrilled you’re here and can’t wait to see where your project takes you. Everyone, let’s give Tiffany a big BTAL welcome! 💚

💚 Look Who Just Joined the Lab... Welcome Lisa! 🧪
Lisa, I’m so happy to have you here! 🎉 Brainstorm to Action Lab is a place for people with lots of ideas, especially when it feels challenging to know which one to focus on or how to turn those ideas into action. You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Bring your ideas into the Lab, lay them on the table, and give yourself space to explore what matters most, what feels doable, and what might be ready for a next step. You can join a conversation, share an idea, ask for another set of eyes, or work through the parts that feel tangled or overwhelming. Sometimes the first step isn’t choosing the perfect project—it’s simply getting the ideas out of your head so you can see them more clearly. And because we’re still growing and shaping BTAL together, you’re joining at a really fun time. Your questions, ideas, experiments, and perspective get to be part of what this Lab becomes. 💚 Make yourself at home, Lisa. We’re glad you’re here and excited to see what you’ll bring to the Lab! Everyone, help me give @Lisa Hunt a big BTAL welcome! 🧪
