Most people in helpdesk stay stuck because they keep learning random tech skills with no actual plan. 😵💫
I’ve seen people spend YEARS resetting passwords and closing tickets because nobody showed them what skills actually move you into cybersecurity. 🔐
The transition is NOT about becoming a master hacker overnight. 💻
