Here is a fully customizable prompt a business owner can use, built directly from the framework in the graphic: *** ## 🛠️ The "Create Systems Before Hiring" Business Prompt > **Copy, paste, and fill in the brackets to make it your own:** *** **"I am a [type of business owner, e.g., solo consultant / boutique owner / service provider] running [business name or niche]. I want to create systems before hiring help so I can scale without chaos.** **Help me work through the following:** **1. CLARIFY — What are my core offers, processes, and desired outcomes?** List my top [number] services/products, the step-by-step process for each, and what a successful outcome looks like for my client. **2. DOCUMENT — Write it all down.** Turn each process into a written SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) with every step, every tool used, and zero assumptions. Start with my most repetitive task: [name your most repetitive task]. **3. STREAMLINE — Remove the fluff.** Review my documented process and identify where I can simplify steps, cut unnecessary actions, and improve efficiency for [specific area, e.g., client onboarding / order fulfillment / content creation]. **4.
