She's about to hit 5kg down in 10 weeks!
This evening I was taking a peek at one of my client’s tracking sheets…

A few weeks back, this particular client hit a slower week.
No stress. No panic.
Instead of slashing calories or adding hours of cardio, we looked at the data and made ONE small adjustment…We increased the intensity of her cardio (not the length).
BOOM — another 800g down the very next week.
And by this rate she’ll hit her end-of-December goal a full 30 days early.
Best part??
Not once have we lowered her calories.
Not once have we needed to do anything extreme.
She’s been dieting on:
✨ 1950 calories
✨ 4x training days
✨ A combo of meal plan structure through the week + flexible tracking on weekends
And the measurements speak for themselves:
Waist: 89.5 → 85cm
Hips: 112 → 109cm
Thighs: 67 → 62cm
Arms: 37 → 34cm
You know what that means…
Clothes are fitting better.
Confidence is climbing.
Last week someone literally told her: “Whatever you’re doing it’s working, you look amazing.”
And honestly? She is doing the work. But she’s also doing it the right way.
With clarity, calm, structure, and strategy...not fear of falling off track, trying to be perfect or not knowing what to eat outside of her meal plan.
