This page is for frontline trainers, site trainers, facilitators, supervisors, SMEs and L&D professionals who want to build and deliver practical, engaging face-to-face training that people actually use back on the job without hiding behind PowerPoint.
After 30-plus years working across government, food manufacturing, agriculture, transport, energy and resources, including remote, FIFO and high-tempo environments, I wanted to create a relaxed space to share what genuinely works in the room and on the ground.
This is practical, field-tested and human. No fluff. Just real lessons, useful tools and honest conversations about training operational teams well.
