I wrote this song with the current state of immigration in mind. In real life, I'm a substitute teacher, and I have spent a lot of time teaching Hispanic children English. Most of the kids come from normal circumstances, but some don't. So I wrote this song out like it would be a 3 minute Tarantino movie. Each line had to tell a lot of story in a little bit of space. I hope I achieved that. :)
