As an online fitness coach and admin of this community, the goal of this group is to connect like-minded people who want to:

- Build more confidence inside and outside of the gym
- Learn what to eat and how to eat get results while eating their favorite foods
- Stop playing the guessing game in regards to what to do for nutrition and training
This community is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level lifters and for those who already consistently go to the gym but have hit a plateau, those who are totally lost as to what they need to do in order to get to that next level of strength, muscle growth or fat loss, and for those who just want to learn more from myself and others in the group.
