After 8 YEARS away from the gym and +10kg 😖, I decided to get back and reach my best shape ever - using my old bikini fitness training and nutrition plan. I love easy things!
A friend asked me for a training program and meal plan.
Instead of creating it for just one person, I made it public so anyone who wants challenge themselves and discover what's possible can do it.
I’ve already been in top shape before (bikini-level condition), so I know what works. I'm also a certified PT! Let's do it again together - smarter, more sustainable, and step by step.
