*Sample Meditation Available: Gentle Retrieval Meditation
I've added a sample of me guiding a new group through a basic coherence and soul part retrieval meditation to the Village library, incase you'd like a sample experience (though I have to say, they're always more potent live, as I'm always channeling the energy of the particular group in the moment). There's also an audio version of the file which you can save and re-listen to if you find it supportive. For a chance to join the Sanctuary for a live meditation on Dec. 17th, make sure to stay tuned here.
