Bodega Jiu Jitsu – CLA 5 Week Gi Program Our Gi Fundamentals Program is the first look at how we implement CLA inside the gi. This program is designed specifically for people who have never trained Jiu Jitsu in the gi before. This program focuses on: • Building strong fundamentals • Understanding positioning before submissions • Learning how to think, not just memorize techniques • Developing comfort with the gi grips and controls • Creating a solid foundation for long-term growth
