The cheese chairs
I know entirely too much about chairs. No reason to. Unless of course you’ve been with an event profesional for years and let me tell you. Events need chairs. And there are all kinds. My favorite are What I call the fancy cheese chairs. Proper name chiavari but havarti is so much more fun to say.

Why the comparison to Navy SEALs?
Why do I call my wife “ a Navy SEAL” of events and venues? Simple she really cut her teeth on high end weddings early on in her careers. Big and expensive. Weddings are like the buds training of becoming a SEAL. Demanding. Gruesome. Not all will survive. Few are cut out for it. Think about it. Wedding days are supposed to be somebodies dream day. That pressure flows down hill. Sometimes that means someone’s dream day is someone else’s worst day. This is a collection of stories and wisdom I’ve picked up along the way. Listening to her cry. Listening to her laugh. Listening to her vent. Listening to he talk with her industry friends. This is also a place for us to vent. Collaborate. Ask questions and seek wisdom when it comes to hospitality and events. I’ve got direct access to the high powered business lady so feel free to ask me a question for her and I’ll get back to ya. All love Nic
