A Quiet Realization Today
I had a moment earlier where I just sat still and let myself notice how different I feel these days. Not because of anything dramatic that happened, but because of the quiet ways this life keeps reshaping me. Living out of Mani, moving through unfamiliar places, trusting my own timing (it asks you to meet yourself honestly), without distractions. Today I realized how long it’s been since I’ve given myself the space to actually hear my own thoughts rather than rush past them. There’s a kind of clarity that only shows up when you slow down long enough to recognize what’s been waiting for you. It made me wonder how many of us are carrying things that don’t belong to us anymore, expectations, old identities, roles we've outgrown but keep wearing because they feel familiar. What’s something you’ve recently realized about yourself now that you’re in a different season of life? No pressure, even a single sentence is enough.💙
Let’s Break the Ice a Bit
We’ve got a mix of women in here — some already abroad, some planning, some still figuring out what freedom could look like. Since we’re all moving through similar seasons of life, it helps to know who’s walking this path with us. If you’re comfortable, share any (or all) of these: 1. Where you’re currently based 2. Where you’d love your next soft landing to be 3. One thing you hope to get out of this community Nothing polished required. Just whatever feels true today.
A Small Slice of My Day
I’m tucked away here in Las Cruces, NM right now, living this intentional, more nomadic rhythm that many of us have been craving for years. With the extra breathing room, I’ve been catching up on the meaningful things... the things that actually matter to me, not the busywork we used to fill our days with. Being out here makes it clear how much freedom we can still claim at this stage in life. The kind that doesn’t have to be dramatic or flashy — just honest, steady, and our own. I’m curious about you: What’s one small shift you’ve been wanting to make toward a freer or more intentional life, but haven’t given yourself permission to start yet? No pressure. Just whatever comes up.
Settling Back In
I’ve been on the road these last few weeks, and now that I’m settled for a bit here in Las Cruces, I’m ready to pour some new energy into this community. If you’re here because you’re dreaming about a softer landing somewhere warmer, building your own version of freedom, or figuring out how to travel on your own terms...you’re in the right place! Before we jump into new topics, I’d love to hear from you: What’s one thing you want clarity or confidence around this week? Nothing big. Just the first thing that comes to mind.
