Time to sit down and get an idea of what a successful next 7 days would look like. To help feel more in control of your life and like every day you are working towards something larger, a weekly plan is a vital tool.
If you are unsure about how to do so, consult the guide i made as well as an exemplar plan that I made (links below)
No need to overthink this, just simply create a list of the tasks you would like to have ticked off or habits you would have liked to have completed in 7 days time. Make it as specific as possible so that each day when completing your daily plan for the following day, you are able to consult your weekly plan and decide on the tasks you want to tick off that day.
From the perspective of maximising your learning progression, make sure you select 1-2 hours of "Learning tasks" (time spent learning new strategies) and 5-10 hours of "Practice tasks" (time spent practicing recently learned strategies).
Your ultimate goal is to have some metric to compare against at the end of the week to determine if your week was a success.
