Your inner child 💕
There is a part of you, a deep programming, that many refer to as the inner child. This is a nice image that everyone can relate to. We imagine ourselves as a child and immediately have appropriate associations.
Perhaps it is hurt, angry, or jealous. In any case, it carries many of our difficult emotions for us.
Let's look at it as a model and as adults from a distance. Let's redeem it and remove this imbalance.
1. Recognize it and talk to it,
2. take all the burden off it and
3. take responsibility.
Imagine it as a person. Close your eyes and invite it to show itself. Greet it gently and smile. Be grateful for its existence and tell it so:
“Thank you for being here. I am here now to take away everything I have burdened you with so far. I would be grateful if you could support me in this. Please tell me what you want to tell me. I love you.”
Then wait. How long? As long as it takes. You can use this time wonderfully to bring your heart and mind into coherence and connect with the field.
Then comes the answer, perhaps a feeling, an impulse, a thought...
Be grateful for it as if it were the most precious gift you have ever received. Thank it as if it had saved your life at that moment. And now say to it:
“It's time for me to take responsibility for this and do everything I can to heal. You've carried this long enough. Now I'm going to take a closer look at the issue and take charge of it. Thank you, you can rest now and take care of your healing.”
And then you go into the NLSP routine.
So you see that NLSP is open to whatever approach you choose. Within the protocol, you can integrate your own sub-processes that you find helpful.
