Our plaza owner moved us to a different location (at their expense), which means we got no Spring Break. HOWEVER, We ran a Grand Reopening these last three weeks including a Buddy Week last week. We were baffled by the low participation with the Kids, but our Teens and Adults filled out mats at our small school.
Because of that event alone, we got 2 more adults, upgraded 2 teens to Leadership, and got 1 sibling enrolled in Kid Champs. That event alone saved our month. We're now thinking a Buddy Week needs to be a quarterly recruiting event.
