Evolved societies do not have prisons
Have you ever wondered how homicide would be handled on an evolved earth? Here is an interesting Akashic reading based off of that inquiry.
According to the Akashic Records, the answer depends entirely on the level of consciousness of that civilization.
The question itself contains an interesting paradox.
If a civilization has truly reached a heavenly state, then the conditions that create homicide have largely been healed.
Because homicide is usually not the result of a single action.
It is the result of layers of consciousness expressing themselves through an action:
Fear.
Trauma.
Separation.
Hatred.
Scarcity.
Possessiveness.
Powerlessness.
Unhealed pain.
A civilization that has genuinely transcended these patterns would produce very few circumstances in which homicide would occur at all.
But let’s imagine one does occur.
The Current Earth Model
Much of modern Earth operates from a punishment paradigm.
The question becomes:
“What should happen to the person?”
The focus is on consequence.
The focus is often on retribution.
The focus is often on protecting society from the individual.
Nothing inherently wrong with this in a developing civilization, but it is rooted in a certain stage of consciousness.
The Heavenly Civilization Model
According to the Records, a highly evolved civilization asks a different question:
“What happened within this being that made this action possible?”
Notice the shift.
The focus moves from punishment to understanding.
Not because the action is ignored.
Not because there is no accountability.
But because the civilization understands that behavior is an expression of consciousness.
The act is addressed.
The root is addressed.
The soul is addressed.
Accountability Still Exists
One misconception is that a heavenly civilization would simply say:
“Everything is love.”
“Do whatever you want.”
The Records suggest the opposite.
Highly evolved civilizations often have more accountability, not less.
But accountability is aimed toward restoration rather than punishment.
The question becomes:
How do we restore harmony?
Not:
How do we inflict suffering?
What Would Happen To The Person?
According to the Akashic perspective, several things would likely occur.
The individual would be separated from the community temporarily.
Not as punishment.
But because the consciousness that produced the act requires healing.
The person would enter a process of:
Deep reflection.
Counseling.
Spiritual guidance.
Energy healing.
Restorative processes.
Community involvement.
Soul-level rehabilitation.
The civilization would recognize:
The act was harmful.
And:
The being is more than the act.
Both truths are held simultaneously.
The Family Of The Victim
A truly evolved civilization would not only focus on the individual who committed the act.
It would also focus on everyone affected.
The family.
The friends.
The community.
The emotional field.
The energetic field.
Healing becomes collective.
Because the wound is collective.
What If The Person Remains Dangerous?
This is where many people become confused.
Love does not mean lack of boundaries.
A civilization rooted in love still protects itself.
If a being remained unstable or dangerous, their freedom might be limited.
Not as revenge.
But as protection.
A loving parent removes a knife from a child.
Not because they hate the child.
But because they love everyone involved.
The Highest Possibility
According to the Records, the highest civilizations eventually reach a level where the consciousness that would normally produce homicide is recognized and addressed long before violence occurs.
People are taught emotional mastery.
Trauma is healed early.
Needs are met.
Community is strong.
Separation is understood.
The causes of violence are addressed upstream rather than downstream.
Thus homicide becomes extraordinarily rare.
The Deepest Akashic Teaching
The Records suggest that heaven is not a place where accountability disappears.
It is a place where punishment becomes unnecessary.
Because the goal is no longer:
“Make the guilty suffer.”
The goal becomes:
“Restore harmony.”
A heavenly civilization understands that every act of violence represents a fracture in consciousness.
The victim deserves care.
The community deserves care.
And even the perpetrator, despite their actions, requires healing.
Not because the act was acceptable.
But because a consciousness capable of such an act is itself suffering from profound separation.
The highest expression of justice is therefore not revenge.
It is restoration.
Not the absence of accountability.
But accountability in service of healing rather than punishment.
From the Akashic perspective, that is what justice begins to look like when a civilization evolves beyond fear and into wisdom
