Meditation Live Tutorial
Peace family. I’ll be doing a live video on how to meditate properly this weekend. How does Saturday work for you guys?
Psychic Abilities
When I was very young I had some psychic gifts, but I didn’t understand what they were and I didn’t have anyone that I could talk to about those things so I guess that part of me just eventually turned off. Could you give me any guidance as to how I might be able to develop them again? Thanks 🙏

Important! Accountability And Naming
To become a mystic living in this world, one must become truly responsible for their actions. This looks like taking accountability. But let’s break that down. To take accountability, one must not only identify their behavior, but must also name it and take ownership of the action. Naming is an important part of accountability because of what occurs energetically. Say you had a disagreement and you wanted to take accountability. Saying “I’m sorry for yesterday” or “My bad about how things went” is a portion of taking accountability, but there is still a layer of avoidance happening in the nervous system and externally simultaneously. Internally you are avoiding the naming because you may be judging the action you committed as “bad”, and are avoiding associating with the action. So it’s as if you are acknowledging something occurred but aren’t willing to look at it in the eye and fully integrate it. The ego believes naming the behavior means becoming the behavior. But these are not the same thing. For example, The statement “I lied.” is a statement about an action. The ego hears: “I am a liar.” and immediately gets defensive. The spiritually mature person can say: “I lied.” without collapsing their entire identity into the behavior. That is why accountability aligns with the spiritually mature. The mystic. To take full accountability one would say “I’m sorry for what happened yesterday. I raised my voice, and I didn’t have to do that.” Now this is accountability in full because you have identified the behavior by naming it and taking responsibility for the action. I could go further if we were speaking about apologies over all but I wanted to focus on naming. Because this isn’t just about other people this is also about yourself. In order to progress more on the path you need to be able to take accountability for all of your actions or broken promises to yourself. This is a part of maturing spiritually. Last but not least, after taking accountability do not see the self as broken or unworthy. You are a work in progress, as we all are. And we all will always be. Realizing there is always more to learn opens you up to holding yourself accountable more because your ego stops feeling the need to always be right. Naming is the bridge between unconsciousness and accountability. Because what remains unnamed often remains unintegrated. I hope this helps. Peace
