ChatGPT 4o training and memorization...
Hope everyone is having a great day!
Is there a way for bots do tasks based off of certain conversations? I am assuming not, but will be awesome to see in the future.
Ex. A lead responds saying... "I have not had a chance to review the material yet, reach back out to me on Tuesday." From there the bot would remember to reach back out to that lead on Tuesday
Or, based off the temperature of the lead it knows whether to check in again tomorrow or wait a few days. Right now I'm finding this tricky with the follow up automation as some people respond saying that they aren't ready right now and reach out in another week. But if I don't catch it they fall right back into the follow up automation again and several hours later they get another message and now they are mad
I changed my follow up automation first step to be 3 days, but some leads may need to be responded to sooner than that. Just trying to figure out the best route for this...
Also is there some new prompts for 4o? I saw it mentioned somewhere before that someone was going to do some training on new prompts that are working great with 4o and help to get the custom fields updated. Did I miss that training?
