Token Expired Again....
Just an FYI to everyone. I commented yesterday that I went into my consolidata account after reauthorizing tokens on Friday for my text bots and found that half of them had expired again. So I went through them all and reconnected... Today I go back in and once again there is about half of them that have expired again. So I agree for a 3rd time reconnected Just a heads up that you might want to check your accounts if you have customers using these. Not sure if this is a GHL or Consolidata issue to have it keep disconnecting?
Human Take Over??
Anyone else having issues with your bots stopping mid conversation? Mine have been working great and I noticed just this week (or maybe sooner but didn't realize it) that the bot will stop mid conversation. When I go into the logs of consolidata I see it is marked as "Human Take Over". Even though a human never messaged. I am wondering if this is happening ever since consolidata came out with their Human Take Over update. Seems like the system is auto tagging it as Human Take Over. Is there a way to turn this feature off or fix this? Thanks!

ChatGPT 4o training and memorization...
Hope everyone is having a great day! Is there a way for bots do tasks based off of certain conversations? I am assuming not, but will be awesome to see in the future. Ex. A lead responds saying... "I have not had a chance to review the material yet, reach back out to me on Tuesday." From there the bot would remember to reach back out to that lead on Tuesday Or, based off the temperature of the lead it knows whether to check in again tomorrow or wait a few days. Right now I'm finding this tricky with the follow up automation as some people respond saying that they aren't ready right now and reach out in another week. But if I don't catch it they fall right back into the follow up automation again and several hours later they get another message and now they are mad I changed my follow up automation first step to be 3 days, but some leads may need to be responded to sooner than that. Just trying to figure out the best route for this... Also is there some new prompts for 4o? I saw it mentioned somewhere before that someone was going to do some training on new prompts that are working great with 4o and help to get the custom fields updated. Did I miss that training?

@Luis Garibay Ok. I may have to play around with my prompts as my custom fields haven’t been updating recently. Maybe I’ll switch over from turbo to 4o and see what happens
