Community Guidelines (Please Read)
Community rules can be found here:
To keep this community helpful, respectful, and focused, we have a few simple guidelines.
1️⃣ Be Respectful
Everyone here's trying to help their child, family member, or a loved one.
Different parents are at different stages of the journey, and people will have different experiences.
Disagreement is fine.
Disrespect is not.
2️⃣ No Judgment
Some parents are brand new to biomedical approaches.
Others have been doing this for years.
Wherever someone is starting from, they deserve support, not criticism.
Sometimes people will ask the same questions that have already been answered...
So what? We answer them again, we're here to help every parent, family and child touched by autism and ADHD.
3️⃣ No Medical Claims or Diagnosing
This community is for education and shared experiences, not medical advice.
Always consult your doctor before making medical decisions for your child.
We may know certain biomedical interventions that will require a doctor to prescribe medication or treatment and we will suggest them accordingly, but in no way is anything in this community to be substituted for real, professional medical advice, EVER.
4️⃣ No Spam or Self-Promotion
Please do not promote products, services, coaching, or affiliate links without permission.
Posts like that will be removed.
We're building a community here centered around the supplements, education, software, and tools that give parents an edge in helping their kids.
Not a group of parents to endlessly market your products and services to.
If you believe in something or it helped you, of course share it, we're all smart enough to know the difference between helping the community by sharing something we truly believe in, and trying to sell the community something they don't need for profit.
5️⃣ Protect Your Privacy
Do not share another member’s personal information outside this community.
What’s shared here should stay here.
If you want to share a community members story outside of the group, get their permission first.
6️⃣ Focus on Helping Each Other
The goal of this group is simple:
Parents helping parents make progress.
Share what’s working.
Ask questions.
Support each other.
Thank you for being part of this community and helping to make it a safe and helpful place for everyone.
And as always, I'm here to help with anything and everything you need.
Please simply give a thumbs up to let me know you've read the community rules.
