4 contributions to Autism & ADHD Biomed Parents
Welcome to the Autism and ADHD Biomed Community 🎉
First of all… welcome. If you're seeing this right now, there's a good chance you're one of the very first members of this community, which makes you a founding member. And honestly, that’s a pretty special place to be. Because while this group is small right now, I can promise you something... It won't stay small for long. I've grown groups before and it will get very big very fast. As more parents discover the power of A.I. + biomed + community, this group is going to grow quickly. But the early members always benefit the most. Why? Because right now you'll get: • More direct access to me • More personalized answers to your questions • More attention and support while we build this together You’re helping shape the culture and direction of this entire community. So seriously, thank you for being here and joining this movement early. This group exists to help parents of children with autism: • Learn how to use A.I. to accelerate research and decision making • Understand and implement biomedical interventions safely and effectively • Build personalized plans unique to your child to make fast progress • Share what’s working (and what isn’t) with other parents walking the same path • Get support from people who actually understand what you're going through and have already done it My goal's to make this the most helpful, empowering community for autism parents on the internet. And I will succeed. No overwhelm... No judgement... No mainstream nonsense. Just parents helping parents make real progress, fast. Would you be open to doing me this quick favor? Please introduce yourself and say hello. 👋 Tell us: • Your name • Your kiddo’s age • Their diagnosis (if any) • What led you here • What you’re hoping to get from this community • Your experience with biomedical approaches For example: • Brand new to biomed • Heard about it but haven’t started • Tried a few things • Been doing it for years There are no wrong answers here. Everyone's at a different stage of the journey, and I'm so passionate about this, I just wanna help every single parent touched by autism help their child reach their full potential and get the support, answers and resources they should have been given when they first got their diagnosis.

@Lisa Sommer I love to hear that Lisa! Jerry is great! For those who don't know, he's a pediatrician/medical doctor who started focusing on helping kids with autism after his own son was diagnosed, and he became much more famous in the space after he helped Jenny Mcarthy's son Evan greatly improve, and they co-wrote the book Healing and Preventing Autism. (Great read) Very happy to have you here Lisa! I know it's small and quite right now but I promise this group will get much bigger and active very quickly and you're exactly the kind of person I love having here, someone who's already accomplished what other desperate parents dream of. It's why I started this group, to give as much free information as possible and get Biomed into the hands of the parents (and their kiddo's) who need it.
Quick Question For Everyone Here 👇
I’d love to understand where you're at right now so I can make this community as helpful as possible. If you're comfortable sharing, please tell me: What's the #1 thing you're struggling with right now with your child? It could be something like: • speech delay • meltdowns • picky eating • gut issues / constipation • sleep problems • aggression or self-injury • understanding supplements • figuring out where to start with biomed • interpreting lab results • school issues Or anything else you're dealing with. Just comment below and let me know. Not only will this help me understand what to create and teach in this community, but chances are other parents here have dealt with the exact same challenge and may be able to share what helped them. You’re not alone in this. I'm here to help with anything you may need. Let’s figure it out together and change the world, one child and family at a time. Yours is next! 👇

@Christina Walker Hey Christina! Yes, I'm currently building a better version of Nora A.I but the one we're still using is the custom GPT with out knoweldge base, you can find it here: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-Q14CMTu57-autism-and-adhd-biomedical-expert I believe due to Chat GPT's updated policies on bots that give medical advice, they've deprioritized it in search results and stopped me from updating it. So, this is a good thing and a bad thing. The bad is, people can't find it and I can't add anymore to her knowledge base. The good is, her knowledge base was already more extensive than anything anywhere, and we can still share the link directly, so no one else can build anything even close to this. (Since it now violates their policies) Regardless, I'm here if you have any questions or need anything at all. I can tell you, out of EVERYTHING we've done, and that's A LOT, the single most helpful thing for making sure my son kept making progress was getting rid of his constipation. Our kids with autism already have a very hard time removing toxins from the body, and the ONLY way to remove toxins from the body is to keep their gut motility high. Making sure he's drinking plenty of water to keep urine flowing, and that you're giving constipation protocols could drastically help get him moving again and help to restore his gut motility. What really helped for us was giving Leo this additional magnesium citrate supplement every night before bed. If Leo ever went longer than 3 days, we'd give him half a tablespoon of Psyllium Husk Powder which almost always worked. There was only one very severe time where it had been over 7 days of him not pooping that we had to give him MiraLAX, but we always recommend avoiding this at all costs except in emergencies because MiraLAX is made from polyethylene glycol (PEG), a synthetic compound derived from petroleum. It works by pulling water into the colon to soften stool, but it doesn’t fix the underlying cause of constipation.
📍 START HERE: How to Get the Most Out of This Community
Welcome to the Use A.I. For Autism Community. If you're new here, this quick guide will help you get the most value out of the group. 1️⃣ Introduce Yourself Head over to the Welcome Post and introduce yourself. Tell us: • Your name • Your child’s age • Their diagnosis (if any) • What led you here • Your experience level with biomedical approaches This helps us get to know you and helps everyone understand where you’re at in the journey and makes it easier for other parents to connect with you. 2️⃣ Ask Questions This community exists so parents don’t have to figure everything out alone. If you're stuck on something, post it. Examples: • Supplements • Gut health • Detox protocols • Lab testing • Diet changes • Behavioral changes you're seeing • Anything you're unsure about Chances are someone else has been through the same thing, and that's what this community is about, learning from other parents who've already done what you want to accomplish. 3️⃣ Use the A.I. Tools If you’re part of the Use A.I. For Autism Course, make sure you're using the A.I. tools to help: • research protocols • understand labs • organize supplement plans • ask deeper questions A.I. can dramatically speed up the learning curve when used correctly, and I assure you, the way I've layed out the course is the way to use them correctly. I eat, sleep and breathe this stuff every single day. 4️⃣ Share Wins Even small progress matters. First communication. Better eye contact. Less stimming. Less vocal perseverations. Less constipation. Improved sleep. More engagement andlearning. No matter how big or small, share the wins. It's what we're all doing this for and these moments give other parents hope and encouragement. 5️⃣ Participate in Weekly Coaching (if you're a member) If you're in the Weekly Group Coaching, join the live calls whenever you can. That’s where we go deeper into: • real case examples • troubleshooting protocols • Q&A with parents • guest experts This community works best when people participate.

Community Guidelines (Please Read)
Community rules can be found here: https://www.skool.com/biomed/-/rules To keep this community helpful, respectful, and focused, we have a few simple guidelines. 1️⃣ Be Respectful Everyone here's trying to help their child, family member, or a loved one. Different parents are at different stages of the journey, and people will have different experiences. Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not. 2️⃣ No Judgment Some parents are brand new to biomedical approaches. Others have been doing this for years. Wherever someone is starting from, they deserve support, not criticism. Sometimes people will ask the same questions that have already been answered... So what? We answer them again, we're here to help every parent, family and child touched by autism and ADHD. 3️⃣ No Medical Claims or Diagnosing This community is for education and shared experiences, not medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making medical decisions for your child. We may know certain biomedical interventions that will require a doctor to prescribe medication or treatment and we will suggest them accordingly, but in no way is anything in this community to be substituted for real, professional medical advice, EVER. 4️⃣ No Spam or Self-Promotion Please do not promote products, services, coaching, or affiliate links without permission. Posts like that will be removed. We're building a community here centered around the supplements, education, software, and tools that give parents an edge in helping their kids. Not a group of parents to endlessly market your products and services to. If you believe in something or it helped you, of course share it, we're all smart enough to know the difference between helping the community by sharing something we truly believe in, and trying to sell the community something they don't need for profit. 5️⃣ Protect Your Privacy Do not share another member’s personal information outside this community.
