As we step into this new year, I want to pause for a second.
Because if you’re here, reading this, it’s not by coincidence.
The path towards becoming a BIM Coordinator, BIM Engineer, or BIM Manager is no longer something “far away” or “for later”.
It’s within reach. Closer than you might think.
BIM is no longer just about tools.
It’s about structure, communication, ownership, and leadership.
And those are skills you can build step by step.
You don’t need to know everything today.
You just need to keep moving forward, ask the right questions, and trust the process.
