As part of this upgrade, we’ve also introduced a new AI-powered support assistant designed to help answer your questions instantly. Whether you need help navigating the new system, understanding your membership, updating your account, or finding specific information, simply ask the AI Chat Assistant for guidance anytime.
Please note that during the system launch and
update process, the Member Portal will be temporarily unavailable during the following maintenance window:
9:00 PM PST – 3:00 AM PST
During this maintenance window, enrollments and account processing will also be temporarily paused and will resume once the system update is complete.
