Desire followed with diligence
My Pastor, Michael Golden, does a daily devotion and this was the word this morning.
There are many good things that we desire in life, but desire is only the first step. It must be followed up with action. The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. - Proverbs 13:4
Desire must be followed up with diligence, or it will amount to nothing. This is true in the spiritual realm of Christian living as well as in every area of life (and business)
