NEW MONEY-MAKER ALERT: The Gazebo Flip (No Inventory Needed)
What’s up hustlers!
Mark & Bryan here.
We just dropped another insane reselling opportunity that anyone in this community can start, no money, no inventory, and no risk. Just your phone, a few Facebook posts, and a little effort.
This one’s all about gazebos. 🏡
How We Discovered It
A few months back, we were deep in the couch flipping grind, moving sectionals, cleaning fabric, repairing legs, all that. Then one day, a customer came in to buy a sectional and also asked if we offer outdoor furniture as well (this is a very common question that we get and I know many of you couch hustlers have ran into this before). I said no but we do ocassionally get patio furniture. He mentioned if we had gazebos and outdoor sectional, he would buy it as well as he was moving into a new home with a big backyard.
So off to research we go...
People were paying $1,500–$2,000+ for outdoor gazebos that we could easily source online for half that.
So, we decided to test it. We grabbed a few stock photos, made a simple post on Facebook, and waited. Priced it cheaper than most. Within days, people started messaging us, asking questions, requesting measurements, and placing deposits.
We didn’t even have a display set up at first and it still worked.
The Business Model
Here’s how simple this play really is 👇
1️⃣ Source gazebos directly from AliExpress (we’ll show you the exact listings)
2️⃣ Post the stock photos + copy on Facebook Marketplace
3️⃣ When someone messages you, collect a deposit (we do 50% upfront)
4️⃣ Order the gazebo and hire an installer (we found someone locally that does installations)
5️⃣ Once it’s installed → collect the rest of the payment → profit
Note: If you're handy, you can install yourself and keep the $600. The gazebos comes with instructions but it does take a while to install.
You never touch inventory, and your total time invested per deal is just a few messages and coordination calls.
💰 Real Example
We just closed a 12x20 gazebo job:
  • Gazebo cost: $800
  • Installer labor: $600
  • Sold for: $2,100
  • ✅ Profit: $700 — without spending a dollar upfront
That’s the kind of deal that adds up fast. Two or three a week can easily bring in $2K+ profit while you’re still running your flipping business.
📦 Why It Works
Gazebos hit a unique sweet spot:
  • They’re aspirational, people love upgrading their backyard especially here in Southern California.
  • They’re expensive enough to create margin
  • And they’re easy to source & ship (most come within 5–7 days)
Plus, it’s a business that doesn’t require space, cleaning supplies, or trucks (fits in an SUV). Its perfect if you already know how to talk to customers and close Marketplace deals.
🎥 Watch the Full Breakdown
In our new YouTube video, we show:
  • The customer walkthrough
  • How we take backyard measurements
  • The cost breakdown
  • How we source the product
  • And exactly what message we send to close deals
If you’re already flipping couches or liquidation pallets, this is a no-brainer add-on. Same hustle. Same audience. Different product.
We’ll even be dropping the exact ad copy and photo templates inside the community soon.
Let’s keep stacking 💪— Mark & Bryan
