💸 $300 → $1,500 West Elm Couch Flip (Step-by-Step)
What’s up everyone!
Just wrapped up another solid flip and wanted to break it down for you guys.
We picked up this West Elm Harmony sectional in LA for $300, and like we’ve done multiple times before, we’re expecting to sell it between $1,200–$1,500 depending on what the condition is.
Some sellers truly don’t realize the value of what they’re getting rid of they just want it gone. One lady literally said she couldn’t believe someone paid her to take it away 😅
Once we got it back to the warehouse, the guys cleaned it up:
🧼 Removed dog hair (lots of dog hair)
✨ Deodorized and sanitized
💡 Brought it back to “like-new” condition
The performance fabric on these West Elm couches holds up insanely well and that’s why they’re one of our favorite brands to pick up along with RH.
Now that it’s cleaned, we’ll be listing it for $1,600, leaving room to negotiate or tack on delivery fees for extra profit.
We always:
1️⃣ Take clean, bright photos
2️⃣ Use our saved listing template for consistency
3️⃣ List a bit higher than our target price
4️⃣ Add optional delivery fees depending on distance and effort
Simple system, repeatable results.
Question for you: Have you ever picked up a couch where the seller had no idea what it was worth?
