It’s easy to approach our Bibles with a checklist mindset — study, highlight, prepare, finish the page.
But today, I want to gently ask you something different.
When was the last time you simply sat with God’s Word?
No perfectly designed journal spread. Just you, Scripture, and a willing heart.
This week, I’d love for us to practice something together:
Choose one verse that truly speaks to you.
Write it slowly and intentionally.
Underline the word or phrase that stands out most.
Then pause and ask:
“Lord, what are You revealing to me about Your heart?”
Bible journaling isn’t about creating the most aesthetic page. It’s about creating space for a meaningful, personal conversation with God. I’d love to hear what you’re reflecting on this week.
Share your verse in the comments so we can encourage one another.
