(progress pics be warned 😆) It's been one helluva month. I started November off at 188.6 Week 1 I dropped down to 184.1 Week 2 down to 183.7 Week 3 down to 180.4 Week 4 I started focusing on building muscle and went up to 182.7 by today. (2 pounds of muscle baby!) Seeing more definition in the abs, growth in the biceps and triceps and chest is overall bulkier. All around an amazing service and the most impactful course to my health I've ever taken. This is the lowest weight I've been able to achieve in over 7 years! (For context I'm 24 right now) Thanks for the coaching @Bryce Jackson , can't wait to get that six pack fully popping next month! (Old picture on the left new ones on the right)
