Hey beYOUties!! Can I tell you a funny story?? Well it is funny looking back, not while in it. We got back last Thursday from a trip to Cancun, Mexico...so scary what is happening on the other side of the country there. I am grateful and blessed to be home. I think my body knew something was about to go down because I couldn't relax at ALL while there!! We had our kids...so it was a trip, not a vacay-hahahahaha My son was nearly crying (and he's 13) on the plain due to what I now know was a sinus infection on the way there...I was nearly crying too because I felt so bad for him and felt guilty that I mistook what I thought was a cold for more than that. First day-I choked on a piece of bacon at breakfast and was gasping for air like I never have before...I seriously thought I was going to die (a bit dramatic yes) all day it felt like it was stuck in my throat and I was scared to death it was going to come up and block my airways. I had a panic attack and was shaking for half the day. Needless to say, I can't seem to eat bacon anymore. My daughter got so burnt that same day with full on blisters the rest of the trip on her cheeks and chin...gahhhhhhh. We had sunscreen on her but she kept sliding up and down her goggles and wouldn't reapply at one point. My son was having coughing attacks the entire trip and when we got home we went straight in and found out he has walking Pneumonia. My husband then proceeded to get a cold too. We got home and my mom decided to stage our new kitchen without even asking us...with stuff that is totally NOT my style. It re triggered me (a story for another day). Then when I tried to turn on my laptop...it was dead. Like really dead. It was a shit show... I tell you this because though I do a ton of inner work and am a guide and coach...life happens every day to me. We are no different than one another. We all have our STUFF. What I can say is, what helped me navigate this was the very body based tool I am going to teach you on Wednesday evening right in here! That self trust is the first step in leaning into your own beYOUty and authenticity!
