"Normal" breakfast?!
Eating an egg + toast and calling it breakfast is NOT NORMAL. ok fine its "normal"... everybody does it. but thats like 8g of protein and a bunch of carbs so by 10am youre hungry again. 3pm youre crashing and eating whatever is in the pantry. and then you feel bad like you have no willpower it was never willpower. it was breakfast I tell my patients this all the time.. your first meal sets up your whole day. Here's how to have an OPTIMAL breakfst: protein FIRST, 30g minimum. for example 3 eggs + plain greek yogurt. eggs + leftover chicken (yes chicken for breakfast lol) or a protein shake if youre running out the door try it 3 days and watch what happens to your cravings at night... what did you eat for breakfast today?? be honest im not judging 👇

Most people are low in this vitamin
Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most common things I see in labs — and most people have NO idea. It impacts: ✅ energy ✅ mood ✅ immune function ✅ hormone balance ✅ inflammation Here’s the thing most people don’t realize: Vitamin D actually acts more like a HORMONE in your body. It influences multiple systems, and when it’s low, everything suffers. Low levels are commonly associated with: 📍 fatigue 📍 frequent illness 📍 low mood 📍 poor recovery Optimizing Vitamin D is one of the FIRST steps in improving overall health. It’s foundational. Curious... Have you ever had your Vitamin D levels checked? 👇 • Yes, it was low • Yes, it was normal • Not sure • Never checked Drop yours below — you’d be surprised how common deficiency is. 🤍

Your gut is an ecosystem 🌱
Your colon contains trillions of microbes. Some bacteria help protect your colon. Others can promote inflammation when they become dominant. When this balance shifts, we call it dysbiosis. Dysbiosis has been linked to: • IBS • autoimmune disease • metabolic dysfunction • colon inflammation • colorectal cancer risk Gut health is not just about digestion. It influences your entire body.
