How did your relationship with fitness, routine, or health change after the military?
When I went into the service, I hadn't done much exercise in my life before that. In basic, it took me the whole 2 months to be able to run miles without stopping. But over time got better. I still barely made the time I needed to pass the test, but I did it. After I got out of the service, I decided that I wanted to exercise every day for the rest of my life. It is the best way to start each day. It makes me feel better all day. I will never stop! How about you?
