Homeowner Won't Commit
From another group: Aware of the roof failing. Maintenance neglect and insurance will not cover. Moisture meter in attic show the readings to HO, mold will not be covered and spread to the insulation, lacks proper ventaltion? . Locate north side of decking and photograph. Point out the tires on his car, in need of replacement? Probably not that would be foolish. Tires are the only part of the car connecting you to the road. Sir your roof is the only thing connecting and protecting you to the enviroment. Maybe it is best to find you a company that will shingle over the old or sell ya used tires. No that would be foolish, and the price of tires and insurance is on the rise. I take pride in my relationships with my clients and the honest relationship we build. I have issues with mold myself, if we are not in agreence of the concerns, then this does not sound like a client realtionship I would like. I appreciate your time sir, and my estimate is good for 30 days.
