Digital flake... LOL
This is a follow-up to my experience with my first prospective client call yesterday. The mistake I made was not processing their first installment while on the call. Now they have "digitally flaked" me. First of many calls to come. As we all may know, the marketing aspect of an online practice can be challenging. I'm just starting out as of this month.
