Neuro-Lyme Testing
I have a young VA patient whose doc suspects Lyme, I do too. Doc tested him 7 times, all negative!
Main symptoms now are migrating muscle twitches and spasms. Initially had major brain fog, wight loss, severe fatigue and Epstein Barr reactivation.
Been given an ALS diagnosis to move along treatment options at VA and EVERYTHING else they tested for MS, IBS, Cancers, tumors etc all came back negative.
I'm going to try and get the doc to order IGenX testing - Tick Borne Disease Panel 4IB.
Any suggestions on using a different panel or additional tests?
